THYMOGEN ALPHA-1 500mcg/caps
Thymogen (Glu-Tryp)-250mcg
Immune Peptide A2 (Lys-Glu)-250mcg
Thymogen Alpha-1 contains a synergistic combination of the immunomodulating, bioregulatory dipeptides thymogen and immune peptide A2 (Lys-Glu). Based on clinical studies, published literature and through the use of a new technology called metabolomics (measuring metabolites of a large number of chemical reactions), this combination has been shown to replace and even outperform the peptide thymosin alpha 1.
Thymosin alpha-1 was discovered more than 50 years ago and has been the subject of clinical trials. It has been approved for use against chronic hepatitis B and C in underdeveloped countries, but it has also been studied for other diseases. This includes cystic fibrosis, cancer, tuberculosis, and respiratory disorders.
To understand thymogen alpha-1, we must first understand the thymus and thymosin alpha-1. The most impressive function of this larger peptide is to modulate the immune system. This peptide is found in the thymus, which is responsible for producing T cells and helping them mature properly. T cells are a key part of the immune system because they play a role in helping the system remember previous infections. T cells also help improve the function of other immune system cells, which become more capable of fighting infections. It should also be noted that the function of the thymus declines with age. Its function actually increases during adolescence and then declines. After the age of 15, it can stop regenerating altogether. This results in a decrease in the number of T cells, which leads to a weakened immune system. To determine the effectiveness of thymosin alpha-1, mice without thymus glands were studied. The study showed that thymosin alpha-1 alone was able to prevent infections and restore immune system function. It did this by stimulating cytokine production and activating signaling pathways, as well as coordinating the actions of key immune cells. In short, this peptide has broad beneficial effects on the entire immune system.
The primary role of thymogen alpha-1 is to improve immune system function by stimulating and coordinating various molecules and pathways in the immune system. As a result, it can help treat a variety of conditions, including the following.
1. Reduces inflammation – Thymogen Alpha 1 fight disease, which it accomplishes by reducing inflammation. In one study, people with chronic diseases and immune dysfunction were administered Thymogen. The study showed that the peptide was able to activate T-cell differentiation and regulation of peptide-MHC complexes. It also stimulated changes in the intracellular composition of cyclic nucleotides and affected cytokines. In short, Thymogen alpha-1 regulated mechanisms of the inflammatory process, enhancing immune system function, and potentially helping to alleviate the disease.
2. In another study, Thymogen therapy was used to treat acute endometritis, an inflammatory disease of the female genital tract. Thymogen normalized the number of lymphocytes and increased the functional activity of T cells. Thymogen therapy effectively helped treat the inflammatory disease and did not cause any complications.
3. It can help treat type 1 diabetes. In one study, Thymogen was used to treat type 1 diabetes patients with symptoms of secondary immunodeficiency. Thymogen cleared the symptoms of secondary immunodeficiency by activating T-cell differentiation. Thymogen’s clinical efficacy was 94.4%.
4. May help treat pancreatitis. In one study involving 48 people with acute pancreatitis, it was found that thymogen may be part of an effective treatment. In the study, researchers found that Thymogen had an immune-correcting effect, which led to positive clinical changes. Thymogen corrected T-cell deficiency, resulting in better immune function and improved acute pancreatitis 4. May help treat pancreatitis - One study of 48 people with acute pancreatitis found that Thymogen may be part of an effective treatment. In the study, researchers found that Thymogen had a corrective effect on the immune system, which led to positive clinical changes. Thymogen corrected T-cell deficiency, which resulted in better immune system function and improved acute pancreatitis. Ultimately, Thymogen alpha-1 provides impressive immune system improvement in people with a wide range of conditions. Since thymic function declines with age, supporting immune system function with Thymogen alpha-1 is crucial to increasing longevity and vitality.
