Terms and Conditions of Gift Cards (Vouchers):
1. General Provisions
1.1. These terms and conditions define the rules for the issuance, redemption, and use of gift cards offered by biolabshop.eu.
1.2. The Gift Card is an electronic document entitling the Customer to a percentage discount on products available on the biolabshop website.
1.3. The purchase of a Gift Card implies acceptance of the provisions of these terms and conditions.
2. Conditions for using the Gift Card
2.1. The Gift Card is delivered electronically to the e-mail address provided by the Customer in the order form, immediately after the payment is booked. The Customer also has access to it in their Customer Account.
2.2. To use the Gift Card, the Customer must:
a) add the selected product to the cart,
b) enter the unique Gift Card code in the field provided for the discount code.
2.3. If the order value exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the Customer can use it as partial payment, paying the difference.
2.4. In the event of a return of a product purchased using the Gift Card, the value of the product is refunded to the Customer's account.
3. Restrictions on Use
3.1. The Gift Card can be combined with discounts, unless the promotional campaign indicates otherwise.
3.2. The Gift Card does not discount the purchase of another Gift Card.
3.3. The Gift Card can be used multiple times, until the funds assigned to it are exhausted.
3.4. The Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash, either in whole or in part.
3.5. The validity period is 12 months from the date of purchase of the Gift Card. After this period, the Gift Card becomes invalid and the unused funds are forfeited. Biolabshop does not provide the possibility to extend the validity of the Gift Card or to refund the funds.
3.6. When purchasing only an electronic product, which is the Gift Card, the Customer cannot receive free products with the order, the full terms and conditions of which are specified here.
4. Customer Declarations
4.1. The purchase and use of the Gift Card implies acceptance of these terms and conditions and a commitment to comply with their provisions.
5. Final Provisions
Biolabshop reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Any changes will be published on the biolabshop.pl website and will not affect the rights of Customers who purchased Gift Cards prior to the date the changes come into force.
